A House of Aaron and Israel Page 7 of this Sefer, in Hebrew, refers to Rabbi Simkha HaCohen Rappaport, and his son, Rabbi Nakhman AB”D of Visoki D’Lita.

Notes: Sefer: generically, any book, but in this case refering to a book of Torah study. R’ Simkha died in 1718 so one could assume that his son served as Rabbi in Wysokie around the beginning of the 18th century
